"Lifting weights makes women bulky and manly"… I think not! 
I was going through pictures from an old photoshoot I did when I first started training and came across a bunch of “glute” and profile shots. The picture on the left was from when I had only been lifting for about 4 months or so. The progress picture on the right was taken just last week. I had a pancake booty before I started lifting.. And no I didn’t get BUTT implants lol At this point I’ve been lifting weights for 3 years.
I’ve made my fair share of mistakes along the way… eating too much, eating too little, doing too much cardio, not lifting heavy enough, binging, skipping workouts… the list goes on. But the reason I am where I am today is because I never let myself give up.
Challenge yourself in the gym, stay consistent with your workouts and nutrition, motivate yourself however you can. Being healthy and fit doesn’t always come easily, but the best things in life usually don’t! Work hard and don’t quit!
